I also have a peacock feather tattoo, I absolutely love the article you wrote on the deeper meanings as well. My husband drew my feather just for me while deployed on his 2nd 12 month deployment to Iraq , so I feel so honored and loved to have it on my body, its a symbol of our bond even when we are apart, I have loved peacocks since i was a small child and when we visited my gma ( who was most like a mother to me all my life) we would go collect feathers for her neighbors who had about a dozen peacocks.. I chose to get my tattoo as a memorial to her as well...she was a true lady, and no one could match her grace or wonderful heart..thank you for posting this once again

I've just decided to get 2 peacock feather tattoos and when doing my research about what the feather actually represents, I stumbled across this site and I just LOVE it! I've always had this "thing" with peacock feathers, I think they're absolutely beautiful. When I get tattoos, I like them to represent something, not just "something beautiful" so after reading everything on here I am soo happy because they will now have a more deeper meaning! Thanks! :)
